By accessing or using Voca ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Voca provides real-time voice-based language practice, including matching with other users, timed sessions, optional AI-assisted feedback, and related community features. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Voca. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Share unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others or entities.
• Use the Service for unsolicited advertising or spam.

5. Intellectual property

Voca, its branding, software, and content we provide are owned by Voca or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial language learning in line with these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes. Conversations with other users are your responsibility; please report harmful behavior through in-app tools.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably need to protect users or the Service. You may stop using Voca at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
